  • What package is best for me?

    Gourd Gal to the rescue! We can make suggestions to your specific needs and requests. We invite you to submit pictures of your space via email at gourdgalpumpkin@gmail.com.

  • What can I expect with my delivery?

    Spots are limited and booked on a first come first serve basis. During your selected Delivery Week, we will confirm with you which day of the week your delivery is expected to arrive.

    You do not have to be present during drop-off! We’ll drop off and/or decorate with no bother to you or your schedule. We wouldn’t mind seeing you if you wanted to say hi tho :)

  • How should I care for my pumpkins?

    We do our best to pick highest quality pumpkins that will last the season but there will be always be irregularities in shape, size, and color that may cause early decay that we won’t be aware of. We are unable to replace any rotting pumpkins.

  • Can I purchase as a gift?

    Yes! We have found that our pumpkin bundles to homes of elderly or busy parents work great as a festive autumnal gift!

  • What is your Refund Policy?

    All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us. Transfers must be used within the season and do not roll over to the following year.
